  • Even we (Between Us staff) cannot easily link your account to your anonymous posts

By accessing or using Between Us ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Between Us. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use Between Us:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

  • Not post harmful, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory content
  • Not share personal information that could identify you or others
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Not spam, advertise, or promote commercial activities
  • Not share content that encourages self-harm or illegal activities

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Tiers

Between Us offers three tiers:

  • Free: Basic features with limited daily posts
  • Premium: Unlimited posting, priority support, and advanced features
  • Pro: All Premium features plus exclusive content and early access to new features

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Between Us is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a safe and supportive community, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
